Peter Therman

Peter Therman (M.Sc. (Econ.)), Is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Hartwall Capital and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Peter has been working actively in the family business network for more than 15 years (Vice Chairman of the Finnish Family Business Association 2015-2018 and as a member of the Board of FBN-International 2011-2019) and has promoted family business opportunities in Finland and internationally. Peter has had a multidisciplinary career in various positions, mainly in Scandinavia.

His areas of expertise are governance, executive search (Board members and top management), owner strategies, nomination committee work and general management. Since 2017, Peter has moved into a consulting role and supports other family businesses in creating an owner strategies, governance structures and mentoring family business owners. The process of transforming his own family business, after a liquidity event, from an operational company to an investment company, has strengthened his expertise in operations and active ownership of private equity companies.
