Boardman’s CG and board work in Finland training is specifically designed for international executives and board members working in Finland or with Finnish companies. It is an excellent fit for international executives who aspire to become members of the board of a Finnish company, as well as members of executive teams who want to gain a deeper understanding of the board’s perspective.

International executives who have completed the training are automatically invited to become Boardman Members, offering access to a network of international and Finnish business leaders.

Boardman’s CG and board work in Finland training

The training provides a comprehensive understanding of Finnish board practices in both listed and non-listed companies, the roles and responsibilities of board members, and tips on how board members are selected. The training consists of four modules.

Our previous trainings have been attended by international executive team members from publicly listed companies, leaders from family-owned and technology companies, entrepreneurs, and current members of Finnish boards.
